• Meridian Renews Contract with Department of Veterans Affairs

(Tallahassee, FL / November 03, 2008) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to extend its contract to provide respiratory care services at the New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park in Edison, New Jersey.

The New Jersey Veterans Memorial Home was rebuilt in 1999 on 109-acres in Middlesex County to provide nursing care

for New Jersey veterans with chronic disabilities. It is one of the most modern, state-of-the-art nursing home in the United States. The 332-bed facility features a "town square" core with resident living areas located around the perimeter.
