• Meridian Opens Washington Pulmonary Rehabilitation Centers

(Tallahassee, FL / July 28, 2008) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate pulmonary rehabilitation clinics in Washington, DC and Hyattsville, Maryland.

The pulmonary rehabilitation clinics are being developed with Pulmonary Critical Care Associates, P.C., a multi-physician group. The facilities are scheduled to commence operations in Q-3 2008.

“The District of Columbia and Hyattsville clinics will augment Meridian’s current operations in Arlington and Alexandria, Virginia as well as Baltimore, Maryland and are part of the company’s planned development of a network of facilities in the Washington metropolitan area, said Tom R.
