• Meridian Opens Hamilton Pulmonary Center

(Tallahassee, FL / March 03, 2009) Meridian Healthcare Group ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation clinic and pulmonary diagnostic center in Hamilton, OH.

The pulmonary center is being develop with Lindenwald Medical Associates and is scheduled to commence operations in March 2009. Lindenwald Medical Associates is a multi-man specialty group located in Hamilton, OH midway between Cincinnati and Daytona.

The Hamilton clinic will expand Meridian's network of Ohio facilities that include sites in Columbus, Centerville, Dayton, Mansfield, Springfield, Steubenville and Wintersville.
