• Meridian Opens The Village Pulmonary Center

(Tallahassee, FL / July 13, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation clinic in The Villages, Florida. The Villages is an unincorporated statistical area located 25 miles south of Ocala in Sumter County, Florida.

The Villages pulmonary rehabilitation clinic is being developed with Tri-County Pulmonary & Multi-Specialty Group and is scheduled to commence operations in September 2007. The Medical Director of the clinic will be Marivic Villa, M.D.
