• Meridian Opens Sarasota RespAcute™ Center

(Tallahassee, FL / April 12, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a RESPACUTE™ sub-acute ventilator program in Sarasota, Florida. The Sarasota program is scheduled to commence operations in April 2007.
