• Meridian Opens Pelham, Georgia Pulmonary Center

(Tallahassee, FL / March 16, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation clinic and pulmonary functions laboratory in Pelham, Georgia. The Pelham facility is scheduled to commence operations in April 2007.

Pelham is located in Mitchell County, approximately fifty miles north of Tallahassee, Florida in Southwest, Georgia.

The pulmonary rehabilitation clinic is being developed with Pelham Family Medical Associates. The Medical Director for the new Pelham pulmonary center will be David Drury, M.D.
