• Meridian and Parkway Hospital Sign Contract

(Tallahassee, FL / April 12, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a polysomnography center at Parkway Hospital in Forest Hills, New York.

Meridian is scheduled to commence operation of the sleep laboratory in May 2007 at Parkway Hospital, 251-bed for profit hospital in the borough of Queens that provides a full range of healthcare services.
