Opens Network of Palm Beach Rehabilitation Centers

January 11, 2008) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered
into an agreement to develop and operate two Comprehensive Outpatient
Rehabilitation Facilities (“CORFs”) in Palm Beach County Florida.
The CORFs are being developed with Berliant Enterprises, LLC and will be
located in Jupiter and West Palm Beach, Florida. The facilities are
scheduled to commence operations in Q-1 2008. The Jupiter and West Palm
Beach CORFs will expand Meridian’s network of Florida facilities that
include sites in Sarasota, Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, The Villages,
Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Marianna.
The Palm Beach County CORFs will provide comprehensive diagnostic and
treatment facilities for the care of area residents. In addition to physical
therapy the CORFs will provide respiratory therapy services prescribed by
physicians for the assessment, diagnostic evaluation and treatment of
patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies. “Meridian has been shaping the
