• Meridian Opens Mooresville Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center

(Tallahassee, FL / May 29, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation clinic in Mooresville, North Carolina. Mooresville is located 30 miles north of Charlotte in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina.

The Mooresville facility will be housed in The Medical Pavilion at Lake Norman adjacent to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and is scheduled to commence operations in August 2007.

The pulmonary rehabilitation clinic is being developed with Lake Norman Pulmonary & Critical Care Specialists. The Medical Directors of the clinic will be Sever Surdulescu, MD, FCCP and Christopher Poor, MD, FCCP.
