• Meridian Opens Biloxi Pulmonary Center

(Tallahassee, FL / June 07, 2007) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation and asthma clinic in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Biloxi facility is scheduled to commence operations in July 2007.

The pulmonary rehabilitation clinic is being developed with Biloxi Regional Medical Center, a 153 bed, acute care hospital located in the Vieux Marche area of downtown Biloxi. The medical center is operated by Health Management Associates, Inc. (“HMA”) which has 61 hospitals in 16 states.
