• Meridian opens Bensalem Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center

(Tallahassee, FL / January 14, 2008) Meridian Healthcare Group, Inc. ("Meridian") has entered into an agreement to develop and operate a pulmonary rehabilitation clinic in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

The pulmonary rehabilitation clinic is being developed with Sleep Associates of Bensalem, LLC and is scheduled to commence operations in Q-1 2008. Bensalem Township is located northeast of Philadelphia.
